Partnership Leaders: Running partnerships in Europe vs. US, is there a difference?
This Thursday, I’m honored to join the Partnership Leaders panel discussion on Europe vs US partnerships.
I will share my 4Cs framework for analyzing European SaaS companies and my experience wrestling with international sales for 15+ years.
As background, before I joined HubSpot in June, I spent most of the past four years selling French software to US companies, signing Google, Uber Eats, Pepsi, and OpenTable. Before that I spent 12 years in London developing my craft of Enterprise sales with the largest banks in the world like JP Morgan, HSBC and Société Général.
To be honest, I’ve struggled with two things that a lot of European SaaS companies may relate to:
how to sign our first international clients
how to keep the revenue once we've signed them
Excited to discuss partnerships, HubSpot, my framework for assessing European SaaS companies, and looking forward to hearing from my panelists.
